   Your application form, 15 interview questions, and uploads of your ID, Social Security card, car insurance and any certifications.

   Competency test, handbook & W-4

   The competency test (70% to pass, 2 tries), the 2026 employee handbook, and Federal Form W-4.

   In-service, safety tests & final sign-off

   Your CLTC training hours, 6 short tests (abuse & neglect, first aid, lifting, ethics, CPR), your final signature, and booking your next steps appointment.
