Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the New Life Home Care ("New Life", "we") online Pre-Employment Application & Screening. By starting an application you agree to them.

1. Not an offer of employment

Completing the application, tests and forms does not guarantee a job offer. Hiring decisions are made by New Life HR after review and an in-office visit.

2. Truthful information

You confirm that everything you submit, including documents and signatures, is true, complete and your own. False or misleading information may lead to rejection or later termination.

3. Electronic signatures

You agree that signatures you draw in this system are your legal electronic signature and have the same effect as a handwritten signature.

4. Tests and integrity

• Tests are timed and must be completed by you alone, without AI tools, other people or outside materials.
• The system records activity such as leaving the page, copying and pasting, for HR review.
• Each test may be taken at most 2 times; a score of 70% is needed to pass.

5. Confidential materials

The handbook, tests and forms are the property of New Life Home Care. You may not copy, screenshot, print, share or distribute them.

6. Your tracking number

Your tracking number gives access to your file. Keep it private. You are responsible for activity made with it.

7. Cancelling

You may cancel your application at any time from your application page. New Life may close incomplete or inactive files.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit your application applies.
